These terms cover the Safah Academy website and the live online lessons offered by Josianne Charron under the name Safah Academy.
The studio
Safah Academy is operated by Josianne Charron. Lessons are online only. The mailing address is P.O. Box 1051, 335 W Milledgeville RD, Harlem, GA, 30814-9998. Email info@SafahAcademy.com.
Lessons
A lesson is a live meeting for conversation, games, tutoring, or homework help. The public curriculum shows the path. Teacher materials are not part of the public website.
Fees
Semi-private and group lessons are $20 per hour. Private lessons are $40 per hour. Thirty-minute private lessons are available on request. A booked call confirms the format, the language pair, and the rate before a student is enrolled. Payments, invoices, refunds, and credits go to billing@SafahAcademy.com.
Scheduling
Published openings can fill. A waiting list is available. Moving or cancelling a lesson is arranged with the teacher so the hour can be offered to another student.
Students under 18
A parent or guardian enrolls a minor, receives the agreement, and is the contact for payment and scheduling.
Use of the website
Use the public pages as a guest. Teacher rooms, the schedule, and the booking desk are limited to signed-in staff. Do not attempt to reach private lesson files, student records, or another person’s account.
Agreements
Student enrollment agreements are prepared by the academy and signed by the client on a private page. The signed agreement governs the lesson relationship if it differs from a general note on this website.
