This policy explains what Safah Academy collects, why, and who receives it. It applies to the website, calls, lessons, and enrollment.
Who we are
Safah Academy is Josianne Charron’s language studio. The contact for privacy questions is info@SafahAcademy.com. The mailing address is P.O. Box 1051, 335 W Milledgeville RD, Harlem, GA, 30814-9998.
What we collect
On a call or an enrollment form we collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, the learner’s age when it matters, language pairs, lesson format, preferred times, and payment status. Teachers’ professional details are collected for contractor agreements. The website also receives ordinary technical logs from the host.
How we use it
We use this information to schedule lessons, teach, send agreements, know whether an hour is paid, and answer a family. We do not sell personal information.
Contracts
Student enrollment agreements are filled by the academy and completed by the client on a private signing page. The finished agreement is kept by Safah Academy. It is not emailed from this website.
Calls
Book a call buttons open Cal.com. Cal.com receives the details you submit to schedule the meeting. Use that form only for information you want the academy to have.
Staff access
Teachers, the owner, and administrators can open lesson resources and the schedule. The booking desk is limited to the owner and administrators. Staff sign-in is stored in a private cookie on that browser.
Retention and contact
Lesson and agreement records are kept for as long as the teaching relationship and ordinary accounting require. To review or correct your information, email info@SafahAcademy.com.
